We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours may result in a small fee to compensate our team for their reserved time.

Our pricing is based on the size of your home or business, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning service you choose (residential, deep clean, move-in/out, etc.). We also consider any requested extras or add-ons, like inside appliances or laundry.
How do I stop my recurring service?
You can pause or cancel your recurring cleaning anytime by contacting us directly via phone or text. We only ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your next scheduled visit.
How many housekeepers do you send to clean?
Most homes are cleaned by a team of 2 experienced cleaners, but larger jobs or deep cleans may require additional team members. This ensures every detail is covered efficiently.
What detergent and dryer sheet options do I have?
We use high-quality, safe, and effective cleaning products, including eco-friendly and fragrance-free options upon request. If you have specific preferences or sensitivities, just let us know in advance.
Why can't I schedule a specific appointment time?
To maintain flexibility and accommodate all our clients, we provide arrival windows rather than exact times. This allows our team to account for traffic, location, and the duration of previous cleanings — without compromising quality or punctuality.
